As HR, Strategy & Operations Manager, she brings together people, processes, and purpose, blending HR expertise with a sharp focus on marketing, strategy, and business operations to help organisations find their voice and create real impact.

Her experience spans campaign strategy, employee relations, and business growth, with a particular strength in shaping brand narratives and optimising employee touch points; because how a business treats its people is as much a part of its story as how it markets itself. On the HR side, she’s driven by building structures and culture that lets talent thrive: streamlining HR operations, strengthening employee engagement, and making sure every internal process reflects the same excellence the brand promises externally.

Beyond the day-to-day, Mercy is passionate about corporate communications, how businesses build trust, shape perception, and create long-term impact through strategic messaging, both inside and outside the organisation.

A graduate of the University of Ilorin and currently working toward her SHRM Certified Professional designation, she leads with two non-negotiables: excellence and integrity. Her favorite verse, Colossians 3:23 “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters”, is the quiet engine behind everything she does.
